Returns Policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
How to Return:
Email our team at info@runnitupclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty (see Faulty Items Policy below).
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
If you prefer an exchange, we will send the new item upon receiving the returned product, subject to availability.
Faulty Items Policy:
Eligibility for Faulty Returns:
If you receive a faulty item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
If your item is found to be faulty, we’ll offer you a refund or exchange if in stock at no extra charge.
How to Return Faulty Items:
Contact our team at info@runnitupclothing.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and any supporting images if available.
You will receive instructions on how to return the faulty item.
If the fault is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs, and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item if in stock.
Please Note:
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear.
